This is a VERY good starter hydraulic power pack. I just got this last week and loving it. Very easy to put together. Most of all, so far I have got great support by emailing their support team. Very responsive and knowledgeable and truly interested in making you successful with the unit. I’m now testing with different settings. I would like to get a bigger order with a hydraulic system. But certainly happy with the unit and works great. I’m using it mainly for the machine design of small projects.
It is the best tool I have in my shop, it has been excellent since purchase, it is able to handle some pretty large and difficult hydraulic projects. It has been great for me so far. It’s been easy to set up and I’ve already designed a hydraulic press machine by myself. If you are looking for a nice good hydraulic pump and cylinder, I really think you’ll be happy. If anything, you can be assured it’ll be a quality product.
I could not be happier with my purchase, I cut finished 120 projects on it in the past month and I’m very pleased with the hydraulic pump and jacks so far. Also, customer service is great. Had a question on a Sunday evening and regarding the control valve and Jacky replied within the hour giving me the help I needed and I was able to get back to design. Eventually, I’ll probably upgrade but this is a great machine for hobbyists and beginners. You won’t regret your decision.
I got my hydraulic system in perfect condition. As soon as I opened the package, I knew to expect quality. Everything was there well packed. You need some imagination to follow the build instructions. Not a big deal to change, but be careful. Overall, it does feel like quality. Two hours, and it was done. Looks good and the control panel does what you’d expect.
It’s my first time with a hydraulic machine and this has been a good unit to learn with. They provide very detailed instructions on how to use it. They also have very good online resources to help along the way. All my questions can be well solved within 6 hours.
